If you sell certain products that shouldn’t be covered under Shipping Protection—like digital goods, gift cards, or special items—you can easily exclude them in ShipSure by using product names, tags, or SKUs.
Steps to Exclude Products or SKUs
1️⃣ Navigate to: ShipSure → Settings → Exclusions
2️⃣ Search for Products to Exclude
→ Use the search bar to find products by name or tag.
→ Select products you want to exclude from protection.
3️⃣ Bulk Upload Using CSV
→ Click Import CSV to upload a file with multiple SKUs.
→ Format: One SKU per line in your CSV file.
4️⃣ Save and Apply
→ Your selected products will now be excluded from the Shipping Protection widget on your store.

Exclude non-physical products or items with third-party warranties.
Offer shipping protection only on products that need it.
