ShipSure provides two fulfillment methods to help you efficiently manage the Shipping Protection product on your store:
Auto-Fulfillment
Automatically fulfills the Shipping Protection product when an order is placed.
How it works:
If the order is partially fulfilled or fully fulfilled on Shopify, ShipSure will automatically fulfill the Shipping Protection for you.This ensures that the Shipping Protection product is always properly fulfilled alongside your main order.
Best suited for merchants who want a hands-free experience with fulfillment.
➡ Enable Auto-Fulfill:
Go to ShipSure → Settings → Auto-Fulfill → Toggle it ON.
Manual Fulfillment
Lets you manually fulfill the Shipping Protection product for:
Past orders that are still unfulfilled.
Orders placed before enabling Auto-Fulfillment.
Useful for catching up on older or migrated orders.
➡ To Use:
Click Start next to Manual Fulfill in Settings, and follow the on-screen instructions.
When to Use Each:
Use Auto-Fulfill for automation and convenience.
Use Manual Fulfill for handling backdated or pending fulfillment cases.
